Lectures/Trunk Shows 45-60 minutes -$400  

Six hour workshops - $825 minimum or $45 per person, whichever is greater

Three hour workshops - -$450 minimum or $45 per person, whichever is greater

Virtual Lectures and workshops via Zoom are available

Project support for any workshop is available for up to 30 days following the virtual or in-person workshop via email - cedarridgequilting@gmail.com

Travel by car: Actual round-trip mileage billed at the current IRS rate

Travel by air: All round trip expenses, including ground transportation, (includes mileage to and from local airport), baggage fees etc. Travel to location required on the day before the event is to begin.

Cyndi prefers to book her own travel arrangements, seeks the most reasonable airfare possible, and will verify costs with your group before booking. Sponsoring group will arrange for ground transportation to include transportation from airport to lodging, from lodging to workshop/lecture venue and airport return.

Per Diem meal allowance required

Lodging: Lodging is necessary if venue is more than 100 miles (one-way) and is reimbursed by the host group. Cyndi prefers to stay in a safe, reasonably-priced hotel in a single, non-smoking room.
